Jules Orpin has extensive experience recruiting, developing and assessing top talent across the financial services industry. Based in Sydney, Jules works with clients ranging from global firms to boutiques, both regionally and internationally. He has a special focus on investment banking, global markets, asset management, group treasury, insurance and risk. Jules brings more than 20 years of search experience. He joined Russell Reynolds Associates from another leading international search firm where he was head of financial services for Australia. Previously, he was a partner at CT Partner, growing the investment banking and markets practice. He started his career in audit at PwC before moving into executive search. Jules holds a BA, with honors, from Exeter University.
