Manuela is a Senior Consultant at AIMS International Italy and she has a long experience in Head Hunting and Executive Search. She has gained a cross-functional expertise in all organizational areas and has an in-depth knowledge of the dynamics that characterize corporate and multinational companies, with a focus on the Life Sciences (CDMO and API’s Companies), Automotive and Industrial industries and a specialization on Sales & Marketing, Information Technology and Digital profiles. After a Master Degree in Clinical Psychology from the La Sapienza University of Rome, she moved to Milan and achieved a further specialization Diploma in Group Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy from COIRAG School, with a focus on institutional and organizational aspects. She then began her career in Elan International, where she developed a strong attitude in Project Management and Leadership Mapping, before joining AIMS International in 2016 in the Milan office as Senior Consultant. She is certified in the use of SHL, Hogan, Utilia and Smartive assessment tools, as she also deals with Talent Management activities such as development centres group evaluations and individual assessments.
