Based in Spencer Stuart's Buenos Aires office, Silvana Zenere leads the Human Resources Practice in Latin America. She is also a member of the Leadership Advisory Services Practice in LATAM where she advises clients and organizations to reach successful leadership capabilities with focus on culture transformation, coaching, onboarding and team effectiveness. Silvana has previously contributed to multiple executive searches for important multinational companies throughout Latin America, including major corporations in the consumer and healthcare sectors. She has led culture transformation processes within the region and has assessed senior executives by applying Spencer Stuart's proprietary methodology of executive intelligence. Silvana is also a core member of the Healthcare Practice, which she led in LATAM for 10 years. She helps top biopharma and medtech clients to recruit, assess and develop their executive teams in the region. Prior to joining Spencer Stuart in 2000, Silvana spent 8 years in HSBC Group working in the private bank field where she served as a senior advisor. Later, she executed roles in the Human Resources area for HSBC's banking, healthcare and insurance operations in Argentina. In 2018 she became a certified professional coach by the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching. Silvana graduated from the Universidad de Buenos Aires, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration.
