Jo is a Director and joined Dartmouth Partners in 2020 to lead the Equities team and develop the Asset Management Practice. Partnering with traditional and alternative investment management clients, Jo execute searches up to MD level across Research & Investing (Equities and Multi-Asset) and Distribution (including Investor Relations, Sales, Client Relationship Management, Marketing and Client Portfolio Managers/Product/Investment Specialists). Having spent her whole 20+ year career in recruitment including 12 years with a global contingent recruitment firm, where she developed and led an Asset Management practice. Most recently she spent four years as a Client Partner with a boutique search firm, delivering director/MD level search and research projects to asset management clients on an annually retained basis. Jo attended University of Leeds, where she received her degree in German and French. Outside of work she is kept busy by her two daughters. She also enjoys tennis, cycling, bootcamp and having fun with friends and family.
