Over the span of her executive search career, Josephine has worked for two major search firms, including 14 years spent at Korn Ferry. She has worked on various regional and global searches for large local and multinational corporations in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), hospitality, media and retail sectors. She is also an active member of the Firm's Human Resources and Legal Centers of Expertise. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Josephine worked in public relations and event management. Josephine graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Auckland and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) (Hons) degree from the University of London. Born in Hong Kong, Josephine has resided in Brunei, Australia and New Zealand. She speaks Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
