Shannon Yin serves as APAC Talent Acquisition Head to the firm and is also an Associate Partner in DHR International’s Advanced Technology and Business & Professional Services Practices. Shannon has worked with global MNCs and Chinese local clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies, to professional services firms, to entrepreneurial ventures, where she placed executives in different functions and industries. Prior to joining DHR, she worked with Heidrick & Struggles with its Global Technology and CEO & Board Practices. Before beginning her executive search career, Shannon worked in the consulting space in the United States, France, and China. She also served as an Organizational Consultant at Wharton School, delivering organizational diagnosis and executive coaching. In addition, Shannon worked with an organizational consulting firm in Philadelphia, worked with United Nations in Paris, and joined a start-up company in Beijing earlier in her career. Shannon holds a Master of Philosophy in organizational dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania. She is fluent in Chinese and English and has conversational proficiency in French.
