Carolina is an Associate in Leadership Services Practice of Odgers Berndtson in Colombia.​ ​Carolina has been actively participating in the recruitment of top executives and leading Assessment Projects for both national and multinational companies from diverse industries.​ She worked for a Consulting firm in the real sector for more than four years, mainly in the recruitment of all level positions.​ ​She holds a bachelor degree in Psychology from Universidad Católica de Colombia and has post-graduate studies in Human Resources Management from Universidad Externado de Colombia.​ Expert in evaluation and development topics under the Assessment Center methodology, potential assessment, coaching career, 360°evaluation and skills management. She oversees the coordination of the processes of face-to-face assessment, e-assessment, and diagnostic tests.​ She has a certification from Saville Consulting for the management of Wave tests. She also has the training to handle the diagnostic tools of the Management Diagnostic Center (CDG).​
