Tom focuses on senior executive search in financial services, working with Institutional Investors, Sovereign Wealth Funds and Asset Managers. Prior to this, Tom was at Per Ardua Associates, where he was responsible for research across Asset Management, Real Estate, Insurance & Retail Banking, having been an Associate Consultant at a commodities specialist search firm, where he led the Commodities Lending, Treasury & CFO portfolio for Europe. Tom graduated from Sheffield University with a first in History.
