Sarah Harte is a consultant in Spencer Stuart’s Financial Services and Financial Officer practices. With almost 20 years of executive search and talent advisory experience across Sydney, Hong Kong and New York, she brings cross-collaboration and in-depth capital markets knowledge. Sarah has been involved in executive search, succession planning, strategic diversity initiatives, cultural assessment and leadership development for global and domestic investment banks, asset management firms, sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, family offices, private equity firms, hedge funds and financial technology firms. She is also co-leader of Unidad, Spencer Stuart's Latin American and Hispanic Employee Resource Group. She brings deep and global experience in executive search, talent advisory, succession planning, diversity, equity & inclusion focused projects. Sarah holds a B.A. & LL.B. (Bachelor of Laws) from the Australian National University.
