He brings core expertise in people capability development with over 25 years of experience in learning and leadership development. He complements this with expertise in Six Sigma Quality, operations and as a successful Entrepreneur. Prior to joining Amrop, Karan worked as Group Chief Learning Officer for JSPL Group. His past professional associations also include IndiGo Airlines, Genpact and Taj Hotels. Karan has been a founder and entrepreneur where he founded Brain Play Learning Solutions – a bespoke cloud-based fully integrated managed learning services/outsourcing platform powered by AI. He brings with him a deep understanding of ITeS, Tech (including Skill Tech), Hotels, Aviation, Healthcare (Hospitals) and core Manufacturing.
