Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Larkin served Annapolis-based ARINC's commercial aviation business as a Talent Acquisition team member. In this role, Mr. Larkin was tasked with advising the aviation and surface transportation segments on recruiting and staffing needs, both corporate and project based. Mr. Larkin specializes in C-Suite level searches for various industrial chemical companies, industrial associations, and private equity backed organizations. His recent clientele includes Celanese Corporation, Chevron Phillips, Glatfelter and Honeywell from the chemical sector, and International Fragrance Associations and the National Association of Manufacturers in the association space. Mr. Larkin earned a bachelor's degree in Sociology from Washington College in Chestertown, Maryland and participated on the Men's Varsity Lacrosse team as a goalie. Mr. Larkin is an active member in both his high school and college alumni associations and is a member of NILOA and COG as a collegiate lacrosse official.
