Ritesh Bijlani is a member of Spencer Stuart’s Industrial and Education, Nonprofit & Government practices. He conducts CEO and other C-level searches for various process industries, engineered products, infrastructure and energy companies. Functionally, he specializes in the supply chain practice working with organizations across sectors. Ritesh also works with academic institutions, foundations and social impact organizations in India. Ritesh has conducted CEO and Director searches for a range of industrial organizations that include chemicals, automotive, electrical & machinery, power and infrastructure companies. He brings deep supply chain functional expertise to his client work and has helped organizations across sectors to find leaders across procurement & sourcing, engineering & manufacturing operations, and warehousing & logistics. Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Ritesh served as a banker with Citibank in its global consumer group and as a software engineer with Digité and Hexaware Technologies. Ritesh holds an M.B.A. and a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology Engineering from the University of Mumbai. He speaks English and Hindi.
