Mr. Kemmochi has hands-on experience in new business launch, supplier management and organisational development at multinational companies. He also has led PMI practice at Deloitte (ABeam), and later worked at IBM as an account partner and an industry leader, supporting global technology and automotive companies. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Kemmochi launched the Japan arm of a multinational venture of big data analytics from scratch, supporting Digital Transformations of industrial, retail and CPG companies. Also before joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Kemmochi worked at Intel, Deloitte (ABeam), and IBM. He also was a country manager of a big data analytics venture. Mr. Kemmochi holds MBA from London Business School and a BA from Hitotsubashi University.
