Biography
Ethan Robles brings an extensive background in higher education to his role as an associate in WittKieffer’s Professional Search Practice. Ethan has a true understanding of the challenges facing leaders in academia as well as in the broader not-for-profit sector. Ethan works closely with clients to assess their current and future leadership needs and identifies exceptional candidates to help organizations achieve their goals and fulfill their missions.
Prior to joining WittKieffer, Ethan served as senior assistant director of admissions at Tufts University Gordon Institute. In this role, he led the development and implementation of an extensive recruitment plan for the Institute, the first school dedicated to teaching engineering leadership. He built and maintained relationships with college and university career service offices, entrepreneurship centers, engineering departments, and corporate partners. He also managed the review of applicants across three graduate programs, maintaining a budget, leading the applicant interviewing process and managing applicant data dashboards to accurately model enrollment expectations. As assistant director of admission for Lafayette College of Easton, Pennsylvania, Ethan led student recruitment and headed the Lafayette College Ambassador Program (LCAP), for which he trained and managed student ambassadors for prospective students and families. In pursuing his master’s degree in literature and social justice from Lehigh University, Ethan served as a graduate assistant and teaching fellow, instructing classes in Critical Reading and Composition as well as Rhetorical Argument.
