Mr. Tony Rossano is responsible for Korn Ferry's talent solutions across the Digital and Technology space. In addition to his leadership role, Mr. Rossano continues to partner with clients to deliver talent solutions that meet strategic and operational business imperatives. Since joining Korn Ferry in 1998, Mr. Rossano has led engagements with leading local and international clients spanning a range of sectors including; IT & Professional Services, Communications & Convergence, Platforms (Digital, Cloud, Software), and Systems & Devices. Additionally, Mr. Rossano has worked extensively with clients to address IT functional leadership and talent needs across diverse industries including; Financial Services, Mining & Resources, Industrial, Energy & Utilities, Travel & Transport. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Rossano was a senior manager with a leading international consulting firm, where he specialised in shared services and business process management. In particular, his responsibilities involved solution design and development, management consulting and market development activities. Mr. Rossano's earlier career included six years with a leading international logistics and distribution organisation where he went on to lead customer automation and integration activities for the South Pacific region. Mr. Rossano commenced his career as an IT specialist progressing through programming, systems analysis, business analysis, and process design roles. Mr. Rossano holds a Master of Business Administration from Macquarie University in Sydney.
