Hamish rejoined Korn Ferry from a global executive search firm, where he was a member of its Technology practice based in San Francisco. He led searches in CEO, Board, marketing, and technical leadership positions for Silicon Valley companies ranging from early stage growth, through large corporations in transformation particularly in software and consumer electronics. Previously, he served as Managing Partner Asia Pacific for their technology practice where he grew the regional operations and led searches across the region. Hamish is a global executive search leader with 22 years experience working across three continents, at the same time as being recognized in Silicon Valley as a leading search consultant. He has deep account management experience and is adept in bringing best in class teams to technology companies. Specializations include working with hyper growth companies bringing in new leadership to enable growth, and helping established companies in transformation, including to cloud business models. His breadth of experience enables him to approach projects creatively and bring a true consultative approach. Hamish holds a Bachelor of Economics (Merit) degree in Economics and Marketing from the University of New South Wales, Sydney.
