Doug is an accomplished strategy and operations leader and advisor with 20 years of experience driving transformational growth and turnaround efforts on behalf of private-equity and public company clients. Leveraging his unique combination of strategy and operations experience, Doug has led whole company transformation efforts across a wide range of industries, including diversified industrials, aerospace & defense, consumer products, and medical devices. His areas of expertise include commercial and operational due diligence, post-merger integration, revenue and growth strategy, large-scale cost transformations, and demand planning and SIOP implementation. Prior to joining AlixPartners, Doug held consulting roles with The Boston Consulting Group and served in line management roles with both Danaher and Dover Corporations. He also practiced as a corporate and securities lawyer before completing active duty as a Captain within the US Air Force as a member of the Judge Advocate General's Corps. Doug holds an MBA with Distinction from London Business School and a JD magna cum laude from The American University. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Notre Dame.
