Prior to his career in executive search, Juan held leadership roles in several Latin American countries. He has extensive experience in executive recruiting; focus on senior executives and board directors and specialized expertise in banking, consumer products, mining & minerals as well as substantial experience as a corporate executive, including roles at the president, general manager and director level. Juan José holds a bachelor's degree in services marketing from Adolfo Ibáñez University and an MBA from Universidad de los Andes School of Management.
