Biography
Dominik Legault is a bilingual Principal at Odgers Berndtson. Specializing in search for executives and senior-level professionals in the public, for-profit and not-for-profit sectors across Canada, specifically in Montréal and Ottawa, she concentrates primarily on supporting clients with their ESG and sustainability leadership needs.
Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson in 2015, Dominik worked as a program officer and donor relations specialist in the not-for-profit sector, where she focused on international development, humanitarian aid, and genocide prevention in collaboration with government leaders in the Great Lakes region of Africa.
Dominik holds a bachelor's degree in international development and globalization from the University of Ottawa and a master's degree in human rights and genocide studies from Kingston University in London, Siena and Warsaw. In November 2021, she received a Postgraduate diploma in Corporate Social and Environmental Responsibility from St. Michael's College at the University of Toronto.
