Paul Decoster joined Sheffield Haworth in May 2021 as an Executive Director within the Corporate Officers Practice. Paul was formerly at Marlin Hawk where he was the North American Practice lead for Legal, Risk, Compliance and Security within the financial services sector. Prior to this he was a consultant with Russell Reynolds within the Global Banking, Markets and Legal practice groups. Paul holds a bachelor’s degree with Magna Cum Laude Honors from Bowdoin College and a Juris Doctor from Fordham University Law School.
