Biography
Henriane recently moved from the Dubai practice to join the London team.
During her 7 years in the Middle East, she has worked with a wide range of individuals, teams and organizations to enable change (behavioral and cultural), greater intercultural competency and leadership development.
Before focusing on synchronizing people and strategy, she spent 15 years working for global financial institutions (ING Group, Dexia , Assured Guaranty and an infrastructure fund) in the US, Singapore, Belgium and London advising clients on, structuring and financing very large and complex infrastructure projects such as NHS hospitals and schools in the UK, gas pipelines in Ireland and toll roads in the US.
Henriane uses her industry experience, global mindset and understanding of people and organizations' complexities to enable real changes and growth.
Her areas of expertise include: change, coaching (ICF PCC), facilitation, leadership development, intercultural competency, diversity and inclusion, mergers and acquisitions, strategy execution.
Henriane holds two masters: an executive master's in change and organizational psychology from INSEAD and a master's in finance from ICHEC Brussels. She also holds a bachelor's degree in history of arts from UCL London.
She is an accredited coach (ICF PCC) and is certified in several assessments, 360 and leadership development tools.
She is fluent in French, English, Dutch and has a good working knowledge of Spanish.
