Kevin Kachmarik is a Senior Managing Director with a 20-year track record of delivering talented executive leaders and human capital solutions to mid-market and Fortune 1000 companies in an array of industries, sectors and nonprofit organizations. He began his career in finance and progressed through sales and regional leadership roles before joining a Chicago-based search, staffing and consulting business where he oversaw multiple divisions during the company’s significant growth and acquisition by private equity. Kevin then co-founded and served as President of a boutique executive search, recruiting and consulting firm until transitioning his business into Robert Half Executive Search.  Kevin enjoys spending time with family, including his wife and two children, and friends. He is an avid sports fan and golfer, a former coach, and a board member for numerous nonprofit and charitable organizations, including Making Life Better. Kevin earned his bachelor’s degree in Finance and Business Administration from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
