Marta Villechenous is a Principal at Odgers Berndtson Spain. She leads the research team in the Madrid and Barcelona offices. She has more than 20 years of experience as a Headhunter in multiple sectors and for national and international projects and has been part of the Odgers Berndtson Spain team since 2016. Marta is also an expert in the search for female and male board members for IBEX 35 companies and multinational companies in Spain. She has extensive experience in Human Resources consultancy and specialised in systems for the evaluation, development and identification of talent in organisations. She has a degree in Philosophy and is a Certified Coach by the European School of Coaching.
