Ademar Couto is a Partner within the Financial Services practice of Odgers Berndtson's Sao Paulo office. He has been working in executive search and professional services dedicated to human capital since 2005. Previously, Ademar held senior management roles in the financial services firms including Societé Générale, Crédit Agricole, Chase Manhattan, Lloydùs Bank (Multiplic) and FinancialCorp. He has a graduate degree in Business Administration from the EAESP/FGV - Escola de Administração de Empresas da Fundação Getúlio Vargas, and an MBA in Finance from the New York University.
