Biography
Denis Vincent is part of the global leadership team as the leader of the firm’s Latin American region and also leads the Santiago office. He brings more than 25 years of experience to Spencer Stuart, with a specialization in industrial, CEO and boards work. Denis has spent more than a decade assessing and recruiting CEOs and other senior leaders worldwide for myriad international companies.
Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Denis was senior client partner, office managing director in Chile as well as co-leader of the industrial practice in South America and mining and metals practice head in Latin America for an international executive search firm. Previously, he was a partner with another global executive search company.
Before entering executive search, Denis was vice president of human resources and corporate learning and development director at Schindler, a global mobility provider and manufacturer. He was also a member of the European executive committee.
Earlier, he served as general manager with PA Consulting Group in Spain, where he spent six years in different positions leading the firm’s four primary practices: business transformation, human resources assessment, training, and development and recruitment. Denis also acted as a consultant for a number of multinational companies focusing on cultural change programs.
Denis received his MBA from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez in Chile and his bachelor’s degree from the European Business School of Paris. A native Spanish and French speaker, he is also fluent in English.
