Ian Mullett has been an executive search professional since 1993 and joined the Technology practice in May 2018, where he specialises in the enterprise software and technology services sectors. Ian has significant experience of working on Board Level, General Management and Divisional Director mandates, with particular expertise with SME and high growth clients. Previously, Ian was a Director at Warren Partners and a Director at Harvey Nash plc, where he operated within the enterprise software, technology and IT services markets. Prior to Harvey Nash, Ian was a Partner at Odgers, where he helped to grow the TMT Practice and a Practice Head at Corporate Executive Search plc, where he was responsible for running the Technology Practice. Ian started his executive search career in 1993, at a small technology boutique. He graduated in 1991 with a joint honours degree from the University of Wales, Bangor before starting an 18 month spell in sales.
