Nell brings a unique perspective, having success as both a leader of corporate talent acquisition teams as well as many years in search firms. Prior to True Search, she was the director of talent acquisition at Fuze (UCaaS) where she managed a team and created processes which helped the company grow from 300 to 900 employees in less than two years. Previously, she led talent acquisition functions at several high-growth, fast-paced technology firms, so she understands the needs and challenges faced by company leaders and hiring managers. A Colorado-girl at heart, Nell has lived in the Boston area for the past 20 years. She loves being a mom to two busy teenage sons and in her spare time enjoys skiing, training/fundraising for the Pan-Mass Challenge bike-a-thon and working in her yard.
