Rachel is a Consultant within our Legal Risk & Compliance (LRC) search practice. Rachel joined Leathwaite in 2019. She started her career practicing law at a boutique firm in Tennessee before moving into recruiting. Rachel is well versed in both in house and law firm searches for clients ranging from small start-up companies to large Fortune 500 companies and AmLaw firms. Over the past ten years, Rachel has placed senior level legal, risk and compliance professionals in various industries, including financial services, technology, heath care, media, energy and insurance. Rachel holds a Juris Doctor from The University of Memphis and a Bachelor of Arts in Creative Writing from Endicott College.
