Mr Macauley leads Korn Ferry's New Zealand team and partners with colleagues across the globe on international talent solutions. He brings extensive local and international experience across a broad portfolio of industries with a focus on the CEO, CFO and other positions within the 'C' suite. He has also executed searches at the Director and General Management levels. Before joining Korn Ferry, Mr Macauley worked for a publicly listed global recruitment company for 18 years, where for the last 10 years he was the Regional Director for New Zealand. He was also a member of the company's Australia and New Zealand Regional Board responsible for developing, implementing and executing the Australia and New Zealand company strategy. Mr Macauley holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Otago.
