Over this time, he has worked for highly successful, top tier boutique organisations, before joining Korn Ferry over 11 years ago. He has been based out of Australia since 2002, having begun his recruitment career in London in 1997. The last 3 years have seen Lee build his networks in Asia through frequent visits and mandates in the likes of Singapore, Shanghai and Tokyo. Over time, Lee has delivered talent solutions through every facet connected to the “people agenda.” From strategies to hire talent in multiple geographies, multiple organisational levels, confidential discrete mandates, external to internal evaluations, induction and immersion programs, Lee has led teams to deliver the most effective outcomes for clients.
