Matt has over 10 years of professional recruiting experience, including more than seven years of identifying and recruiting executive leadership, and has spent much of his career helping clients in the technology and engineering fields. Before joining Robert Half in 2017, Matt was a technical recruiter at a $1.3 billion global professional services firm. Based in Boston, Matt is involved in the local community and enjoys fishing, golfing and music production. Matt earned a bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University with concentrations in business and computer science.
