The Financial Officers practice coverage includes CFO, Controller, Tax, FP&A, Shared Services, Treasury, Tax and Audit placements into both large and small, public and private companies. Matthew joined Korn Ferry in 2014 and whilst primarily focussed on the UK & Ireland he has also completed selected mandates in Continental Europe and the Middle East. He has worked in senior finance recruitment for over 15 years working on behalf of a wide spectrum of leading corporate, professional services and financial services companies. Prior to Korn Ferry, Matthew assisted in building the Financial Officers practice at a search boutique for 5 years, working on searches in Europe, the Middle East and North America. Matthew has also worked for another top 5 leading global search firm in Singapore placing senior functional experts across the APAC region. Matthew holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from Exeter University and started his career on the "Fast Track, scheme at the Home Office. He has lived and worked in Asia, US and the UK.
