For Katie, a successful interim leadership engagement is one in which the executive brings to the organization vision and insight that help it achieve strategic objectives as well as grow and innovate. Katie is a highly driven individual who works hard to meet each client’s unique needs. Before joining WittKieffer, Katie served as an intermediate executive recruitment consultant for Indiana University Health. In this role, she led the full-cycle recruitment process for director-level and above leadership positions for the entire integrated health system. She was also a project coordinator, providing project management support and processing data requests for HR and other leaders and team members. In her spare time, Katie enjoys traveling to new places with her husband, spending quality time with family and friends, and spoiling her three dogs.
