A proud Texas A&M grad, Donna is on her third career iteration: first – running a $70M retail store and a $100M product category business for a major retailer, then providing career transition coaching services to professionals from diverse industries, and now leading the executive search practice in Accounting and Finance at Vaco San Antonio. In her free time, she loves watching classic movies and traveling wherever there’s a river, lake, or mountains! She also adores her husband and enjoys spending time with her grown children who are now leading adventurous lives of their own.
