Elena is a Principal in the Advisory and Alternative Investments teams at Dartmouth where she specialises in placing M&A and Private Equity professionals across DACH and Southern Europe. Elena holds a master’s degree from Frankfurt School of Finance and Management where she specialised in strategy and management. After completing her studies, she worked for DELL Technologies and Degussa Bank in Frankfurt, prior to joining Dartmouth as an Associate. Originally from Italy, Elena enjoys working with clients and candidates from Germany and Italy with a great interest for diversity-linked hiring strategies. She enjoys working with large-cap private equity funds and tier one investment banks on their most challenging and time-intense hiring proposals.
