With more than 20 years of experience across multiple sectors, Petra Helfferich is a consultant in Spencer Stuart’s Copenhagen office and is a member of the firm’s Industrial Practice, focusing on energy transition and sustainability. She understands the critical role leadership plays in transforming organizations and works as a true partner with corporate and private equity clients. Petra is key member of the firm’s carbon task force, dedicated to helping clients pivot their commercial, strategic and people plans to meet their sustainability and decarbonization goals. Petra earned dual undergraduate degrees from the University of Reutlingen (ESB) and Middlesex University Business School. She graduated with an M.B.A. from the Monterey Institute of International Management. She is native in German and fluent in Danish and English.
