Ali is an associate based in the London office and is a member of the FinTech and Go-to-Market practices. In addition to a strong understanding of the fintech market, he brings particularly strong experience and passion for the crypto and blockchain space. Before joining True, Ali served in the Metropolitan Police for three years in a uniformed role as a ward officer responsible for long term problem solving and community relations in London’s West End & Chinatown. He also served as a detective investigating serious crime across London. Having studied Chinese studies at Edinburgh University, Ali is fluent in Mandarin and previously lived and worked in Taiwan.
