He expanded his commercial knowledge through business customer acquisition and direct sales and gained many years of valuable experience in training and further education of young junior staff during his career, up to the position of sales manager. This was followed by his start as an independent personnel consultant in the field of recruiting and direct approach. After several successful years in personnel consulting, Heiko Brennfleck, as sales manager at SENATOR, concentrates on acquiring new customers in the individual competence centres as well as advising our clients in their search for specialists and managers in the area of sales & marketing.
