In addition to her consulting work with clients, she manages teams of consultants, facilitators, and project-management and creative-services professionals to deliver 250 leadership programs per year in 28 countries. She led a global program rollout for a major pharmaceutical company that included designing two custom leadership-development programs and six pilot programs in three global regions, training 30 global facilitators, and delivering the initial 60 programs in 23 countries in eight languages—all within one year. Ms. Vaughn brings 15 years' consulting and management experience and has designed engagements for clients in industries including pharmaceutical, finance, shipping, energy, and retail. Her expertise focuses on operationalizing and scaling innovative, custom, global program designs, including faculty selection and train-the-trainer. She is one of the founding partners of Pivot Leadership, which was acquired by Korn Ferry in March 2015. Ms. Vaughn earned her MA in organization and intercultural communication from Portland State University and her BA in international studies and German. A dual national of Finland and the US, she has lived in Finland, Liechtenstein, Germany, and the UK, in addition to the US. She speaks German and some Finnish.
