Based in Brussels, Anouschka joined Mercuri Urval in January 2022. She is a Talent Management Consultant and Certified Professional Coach. She is specialized in the evaluation, development and coaching of leaders. She has solid experience delivering assessments and development centers both in the international private and public sector as Lead Assessor. As a coach, she helps leaders at middle and executive levels reaching their performance and development objectives. Furthermore, she has experience in career coaching and counselling. Before starting her own company, Anouschka gained almost 15 years of experience in different human resources and talent management positions for international companies. In 2010, she decided to direct her career in talent management and development and has been acting as an expert on leadership assessment and advisory assignments, leadership development coaching program, multisource and 360 services and career internal mobility projects. The last years, she gained extensive experience in the European public sector, working for the European Commission and European agencies. Anouschka approaches her work with a high level of professionalism, integrity, authenticity and empathy. She pays special attention to build a true reliable partnership with people and she aims to reveal the best of them and to (re)-energise and reload them in their business life. Anouschka has a master in sociology that she completed with a post-master in human resources management. Passionate by human and talent development, she aims to ensure continuous development of herself and gaining knowledge in different tools and models. After following accredited coaching programs, she was certified, in 2016, Professional Coach (PCC) by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). In addition, she has certificates in Process Communication Model, executive coaching, neurosciences and burn-out and stress. She also has knowledge of different personality and competencies models and is certified PAPI3.
