Gregory Gerin is a member of the firm's Industrial, Energy and Natural Resources, and Operations & Supply Chain Officers Practices. He works closely with clients across the sector to advise on leadership challenges and recruit top​ talent for a range of roles. With more than 15 years of experience in the international industrial arena, Gregory brings deep market insight and thoughtful change management solutions to clients of all sizes and geographies. He is based in Brussels. Gregory joined Russell Reynolds Associates from Allnex, where he was global marketing director of the Radcure product line. Prior to that experience, Gregory has held roles of progressive seniority in business development and management for Bridgestone, BIA Africa and Caterpillar, as well as spending more than four years with the Boston Consulting Group. He has lived and worked in a range of countries, including Belgium, France, Italy, Australia, Morocco, Guinea and Senegal.​ Gregory holds a Master of Engineering in electro-mechanical engineering from the Ecole Polytechnique de Louvain and a master's degree in management and finance from Solvay Business School, both in Belgium.​ He speaks fluent English, Dutch and French.​​
