Biography
Mr. Cooke has over twenty five years of experience as a senior executive and management consultant. He combines his business experience with his passion for leadership to benefit both organizations and individual leaders. Mr. Cooke has helped his clients develop and connect their talent strategy to their business strategy, and together they identify and close gaps. A psychologist with an MBA, Sidney has partnered with his clients for business and talent strategy, succession planning, executive coaching, executive assessment, and the design of leadership development programs and trainings. His clients include some of America's premier corporations.
As an executive coach, Mr. Cooke takes a trusted, candid approach that focuses on leveraging change where it will have the greatest impact for the leader and the organization. He provides expertise in: high potential development, onboarding, mergers/acquisitions, succession and career development, fast track advancement, executive presence, and interpersonal skills. His coaching clients include: senior executives, business unit leaders, managing directors, general managers, technology leaders, sales leaders, mid-level leaders, and expatriated leaders.
Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Cooke was a Managing Director for PDI Ninth House, now a Korn Ferry company. His professional history includes serving as a senior manager for Deloitte & Touche Consulting; director of information systems, First American Insurance Company; vice president of finance, Management Insurance Consultants, Inc.; and a project manager for Bank of America.
Mr. Cooke earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from Creighton University, a master's degree in business administration from Boston College, and a doctoral degree in clinical psychology from Baylor University.
