Biography
Nick Dials partners with education technology and healthcare services organizations to recruit digital leaders who adapt to change quickly. He specializes in board and CEO searches and board effectiveness assessments, advising companies of varying sizes and ownership structures.
Previously, he was an associate at Tapestry Networks in the firm’s corporate governance initiative. During his time there, he worked with independent directors in the US and Europe on top-of-mind issues for boards and was a key team member for the firm’s North American and European Audit Committee Leadership Networks. He began his career in publishing and higher education at Eduventures, a Boston-based research advisory firm, and in scholarly communication at Harvard University and Wiley.
Nick holds a BA in English from Lee University, a master’s in comparative literature from the University of Georgia, and a master's in religion and literature from Harvard University.
Nick serves on the Board of Advisors for the Handel & Haydn Society (H+H) — the oldest continually performing arts organization in the United States — where he serves on the Nominating and Governance Committee. He is also as a member of Harvard Divinity School’s Alumni/Alumnae Council, which represents the school’s graduates.
