Mr. Hey has led projects in one or multiple related areas of expertise, each bringing a range of internal and external dynamics that create the need to remain agile and adaptable to the context. He facilitates training, workshops, and focus groups at various project stages to ensure that key stakeholders are appropriately informed, engaged and understood.
Mr. Hey places a great emphasis on client engagement and satisfaction, which is evident in the number of ongoing client relationships and repeat contracts in his portfolio.
Mr. Hey has consulted with a wide range of organizations in the public and private sectors over the last thirteen years in the United Kingdom, South Africa, and a range of sub-Saharan (African) countries. He has extensive experience in helping organizations and their people realize their full potential through consulting and formulating real business solutions with lasting impact.
Mr. Hey has expertise in organizational development, talent management, leadership development, assessment, coaching, competency modeling, work measurement, and performance management. He has worked with a broad spectrum of clients spanning industries and sectors, with a strong focus in the public sector, financial services, engineering, and mining industries.
Mr. Hey graduated with merit for a master of science degree in occupational and organizational psychology (University of Surrey, Guildford, United Kingdom). He has completed advanced courses in management, psychological assessment, work measurement, leadership development, coaching, and training.
Mr. Hey is a registered industrial psychologist with the Health Professions Council of South Africa.
