Ms. O'Connor provides consulting services to Fortune 10 to 250 organizations across various industries. Her expertise includes the design and implementation of CEO and CXO succession planning systems, as well as large-scale, fully integrated enterprise talent management systems.
An executive assessment and organizational development expert, she manages worldwide teams in crafting and executing cutting-edge solutions across the talent lifecycle.
Ms. O'Connor's 25 years of experience and combination of executive coaching, top team performance and analytical abilities, enable her to build targeted individual and organizational solutions and derive practical insights from aggregated datasets, which she then skillfully presents to C-suite and Board-level audiences. Her clients include those within the technology, healthcare and industrial sectors.
Ms. O'Connor's combined work experience as a Consulting Psychologist, Office Managing Director and P&L owner, and Account Executive, bring a balance of business acumen and interpersonal sensitivity to each engagement.
Ms. O'Connor received her doctorate and masters in industrial and organizational psychology from Central Michigan University. Ms. O'Connor received her bachelor degree in psychology from the University of Maine.
Ms. O'Connor is currently on the board of the Women's Lunch Place, a non-profit organization that serves as a day shelter to the economically disadvantaged women of Boston.
Ms. O'Connor maintains local and national affiliations in the fields of Industrial and Organizational Psychology as well as Human Resources.
