She has conducted executive assessments in various projects. Ms. Basligil has experience in multiple disciplines like organizational development, human resources, total quality management, business development, product marketing, and customer experience management. She has experience in the telecommunication, technology, finance, manufacturing and logistics sectors. With more than 16 years of business experience within multinational and market leading companies. Previously, Ms. Basligil worked at Turkcell Group, (Arthur) Andersen, and Interbank respectively. Her latest position in Turkcell Global Bilgi was organizational development manager. Ms. Basligil holds a business administration degree from Hacettepe University and is fluent in English and Turkish.
