Erika is an Associate in the Education, Consumer and Healthcare Practices of Odgers Berndtson in Colombia.​ ​She has more than 12 years of experience working in executive selection and evaluation firms, such as Korn Ferry International and Amrop. She also worked with Universidad de la Sabana leading the Business School Internship. Her work is focused on searches for Senior Executives of First and Second Level in different sectors of the economy such as Consumer, Industrial, Construction, among others. She has participated in large projects, such as Colombia Telecomunicaciones and Acerías Paz del Rio. ​ She graduated in Psychology from Universidad de La Sabana, with training in management by competencies, certified in Strategic Talent Acquisition by HCI. She also participated in the Leading People and Team Specialization with the University of Michigan. ​
