Stephen partners with a diverse group of delivery specialists and oversees every aspect of the client’s search experience. With over eight years of Talent Acquisition/Management experience specific to the technology and engineering sectors, Stephen has served clients within the Consumer, Financial Services, Industrial, Industrial, Non-Profit, Government, and Education verticals. Before joining Korn Ferry, Stephen held a wide variety of leadership and non-leadership roles within the Talent Acquisition/Management industry. He has supported onshore, near-shore, and offshore teams with a continued focus on the client experience. Stephen’s strengths are deeply rooted in his client relationships as well as his dedication to ongoing process improvement, best-practices, and efficiency.
