Will Hogg partners with companies in the financial services and insurance industries to tackle their most pressing leadership development needs. Based in London, he advises clients through executive searches, diversity and inclusion strategies, and culture growth. With more than a decade’s experience in executive search, Will joined Russell Reynolds from another leading search firm where he spent eight years collectively in the HR and Board practice. In addition to delivering client projects, Will also co-led the design and implementation of the firm’s global sustainability strategy and was a member of the firm’s steering committee for DEI initiatives. Will started his career in a financial services boutique firm. Will holds a BA in history and politics from Queen’s University Belfast, and LLB from The University of Law, and an MBA from Cranfield School of Management.
