Over his career, Paul has assisted his clients globally in driving corporate transformation & change programmes, specialising in strategy and enterprise value management, and focusing on the leadership capabilities and skills required to achieve commercial and operational excellence. Paul has worked closely with the leadership teams of numerous global energy companies to develop the leadership skills of both the current and future generations of management. Additionally, Paul has led numerous projects focused on planning & executing merger integration programmes to support large energy sector transactions, focusing on the identification and realisation of synergy benefits, as well as developing integration alternatives and future state visions of integrated operations. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Paul held various sector leadership positions in Big 4 consultancies, most recently as Oil & Gas Global Emerging Markets Leader for EY. Paul has also worked for a leading IOC in strategy and transformation roles. He has lived in 10 countries, and brings a very global approach to our business. Paul has an MBA in International Business from Thunderbird (the American Graduate School of International Management), with specialisations in Corporate Finance and Financial Engineering. He received a bachelor of arts from Macalester College (US) in international studies, and has multiple finance and management accreditations.
